Every organization we have spoken to that cares for orphans has a different mission and way of providing services and as a result we can identify core processes that all must deal with, but we have found that customizing our software solution is necessary to get the most value.  As a result, we have designed several value added services that we can offer on a limited basis to help you implement our software.

Workflow optimization – this is a fancy way of saying we look at how you help orphans and leverage our software to reduce your administrative efforts, increase your capacity, reduce errors and increase efficiency.  This is primarily done by enabling field input instead of having paper forms sent to the main office to update a local database.  Our solution allows anyone with a cell phone to access information.

Customization – some users of our solution have a donor database already and don’t want to utilize ours.  This means we have to customize our case management and related integration to QuickBooks for orphan care ministries, based on their needs.  These services require lots of interaction and cooperation from end users.  The goal is to be helpful and not expect a given organization to adjust to our solution.

Integration – this is where we do the “plumbing” to connect our solution to your in place software solutions.  If you have an accounting solution that is not QuickBooks, it is possible to integrate our case management and donor database so you don’t have to multiple inputs to simply record a donation.  These projects have lots of challenges and it only makes sense to integrate those transactions that occur enough where the ongoing costs of doing it manually justifies the required investment to automate.
